19th April 2023:  A workshop on “Leadership Development & Motivation” for NCC cadets of Digboi College is organised by 26 Assam BN NCC NE Region in association with Digboi BN Indian Army and NCC Unit Digboi College on 18th & 19th April 2023 in Digboi College Auditorium. A total of 136 students participated in the workshop.

Major General Gagandeep, Addl DG NCC NE Region graced the occasion as the chief guest in the event. He enlightened the cadets on the need of developing self motivation to act as a leader.

Earlier Dr. Dip Saikia, Principal of Digboi College delivered a welcome speech to welcome the dignitaries to the College as well as the cadets to the workshop specially organized for them. NCC officer Dr. Kanchan Konwar anchored the proceedings of the workshop.
