Maqnoj Ghimire of Department of Education, Digboi College has been awarded with the Title of Best Graduate in ARTS by Dibrugarh University for the year 2023-24. He has secured CGPA of 8.86 with A+ grade, which is highest among all ARTs subjects for the academic year 2023-24.
